1. For transfer service at the Airport Arrivals, InbicTours drivers will wait up to a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight’s arrival time in case of not getting a delayed notice, or any other situation. In this case the driver will leave the airport and no refund is given.
2. For airport departure transfers, the customer is responsible for checking the agreed pick-up date and ensuring that the arrival time at the airport departure terminal is at least ten minutes before the start of check-in and not from its end, and under no circumstances, less than two hours before the flight’s departure time. We do not take any responsibility for missing flights.
1. When booking for a service, the customer must pay at least 25% of the total amount. The remain amount must be paid on the day of the reservation, when meeting the driver.
2. The agency reserves it’s right to cancel any booking whose payment has not been made under the conditions above.
3. Booking requests are processed centrally and answered by email to the customer.
4. The booking requests are subject to the agency’s availability and cannot be considered reserved until confirmed. The client receives and email with the booking request. After it’s confirmation by InbicTours the clients will receive another email with the booking confirmation and the payment information.
InbicTours offers the customer the following payment options:
1. Bank Transfer;
2. Paypal;
3. Credit card;
4. Cash Payment.
Before the services start, the agency may also terminate the service if it’s prevented from performing it due to unavoidable and exceptional circumstances. In this case, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the service.
1. All changes to booking details must be communicated through the website’s contact page or via email to inbictours@gmail.com before the service date, and will not take effect until the agency’s verification and approval, followed by confirmation to the customer.
2. If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the start time of the contracted service, the refund in the case of Airport Transfers will be total, and in the case of the Tour/Experiences it will be 50% of the reservation amount.
3. If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start time of the contracted service, the refund will be 25% of the reservation amount both for Airport Transfers and Tour/Experiences.
4. Any cancellation made in less than 24 hours before the start time of the contracted service there will be no refund.
1. It’s the customer responsibility to provide the correct email address and that the emails sent by InbicTours are read and acknowledge.
2. In case InbicTours is unable to contact the costumer on the day of the service due to incorrect contact information given, there will be no refunds.
